Selling your service business.
Clear criteria up front, a self-funded buyer, and roughly sixty days from letter of intent to close.
What we're looking for.
We focus on a specific segment of the South Florida and Treasure Coast small business market. Stating the criteria plainly saves everyone time.
(Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Martin, St. Lucie)
Up to $1M purchase price
Speed, certainty, and respect for what you've built.
Most sellers in our segment have one transaction in them, and one chance to get it right. Solstice is structured to be the kind of buyer that respects that.
Self-funded transactions
No SBA loan dependency. No bank financing contingencies. No risk of the deal falling apart at the lender's underwriting desk. We close on the terms we agree to.
~60 days from LOI to close
Most transactions complete diligence and signing within 60 days of a signed Letter of Intent. Roughly half the timeline of a typical SBA-financed deal.
Institutional diligence, no bureaucracy
Quality-of-earnings, legal, and operational diligence run by a small senior team, not layers of analysts. Sellers stay informed and decisions get made fast.
You deal with the decision-maker throughout. Rahul Sudhakar runs every transaction directly, from the first call to the closing table.
How a conversation turns into a transaction.
Here is exactly what to expect when you reach out.
Initial conversation
A 30-minute confidential call to understand the business, the owner's goals, and timing. No commitment, no documents required.
Indication of Interest
If there is mutual fit, we provide a written valuation range and proposed deal structure within 5–10 business days. Our typical structure includes cash at close with seller financing aligned to your transition timeline.
Diligence and signing
Under a signed Letter of Intent, we run institutional-quality financial, operational, and legal diligence. Typical timeline is about 60 days from LOI to close. No SBA underwriting, no lender re-trade.
Close and transition
We fully fund our transactions and work with sellers on a transition plan that protects employees, customers, and the legacy of the business.
